Bryan comes to Bruster as a 23-year litigation paralegal, the last 10 years of which focusing on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. Bryan has experience working on a variety of cases across a diverse range of industries in both big firm and small firm settings.

Bryan began his career with Baker Botts in asbestos litigation. Later, he would join Werstein, Smith, & Wilson, P.C., outside counsel for Zurich, N.A. in personal injury and property damage insurance defense litigation. In 2003, Bryan joined Bracewell & Patterson’s litigation section working in complex commercial litigation and eventually intellectual property litigation. Most recently, Bryan comes to Bruster from Holland & Knight, LLP (formerly, Thompson & Knight) where he worked on several patent and trademark infringement cases, as well as, managed the legacy Thompson & Knight trademark prosecution docket.

Bryan is a born and raised Texan currently residing in Dallas. He enjoys playing softball, swimming, and Dallas’ culinary repertoire.
