Pam has been senior paralegal with Bruster PLLC since July 2017. Previously she worked as an Intellectual Property Paralegal at Nix Patterson LLP. from 2007 to 2017. Pam has extensive experience in the support of intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, class action, mass tort, product liability, personal injury, and breach of contract cases.
Pam began her paralegal career with Fred Misko, Jr. P.C. in Dallas, Texas where she supported lawyers in personal injury, product liability, breach of contract, class action and mass tort cases. She participated in the distribution of a multi-million dollar settlement to Banana workers in multiple countries who were harmed by exposure to the DBCP pesticide. While with Nix Patterson, she was one of the paralegals involved in the DataTreasury patent enforcement Litigation campaign, which resulted in millions of dollars in licensing proceeds.
